SPM current facility occupies a total of 10,400 square meters, which houses its manufacturing and administration activities. Machines and equipment currently used by SPM are supplied by world-renowned CNC machines i.e Mazark, OKK, Enshu, Okamoto, Sodick , Makino and Mori Seiki. We currently employ about 220 staffs. SPM currently operates in manufacturing operation with two 10-hour shifs/day.
SPM’s
manufacturing facility also houses other supporting
departments which include material preparation,
welding, grinding, wirecut/EDM, engineering, projects,
assembly, maintenance, calibration, refurbishing,
store, logistics, finance and administration,
sales and packing.
SPM’s has put in place a quality management system to
monitor its production to ensure that at each
stage of its production process, product quality
receives constant monitoring.
The

SPM has a large supplier base and is not too dependent
on any one of its major suppliers, thus ensuring
that its supply stream will not be easily disrupted.
SPM also outsourced a number of its manufacturing
processes to third parties such as surface treatment
processes, castings, stamping and plastic injection.
The
major raw materials used by SPM’s manufacturing
process are stainless steel and aluminium. Other
raw materials procured by SPM are mild steel,
castings, tooling and standard parts.
