SPM is a low to middle volume manufacture of high precision engineering components, with machining capabilities of up to a tolerance of ten microns. Industries currently served by SPM are E&E, Food Processing and Filling, Machine manufacturers, Machine Tool manufacturers, Automotive and Process Control Equipment manufacturers. These industries as direct and indirect customers of SPM are based in Thailand and abroad i.e. Japan, Germany, France, Sweden, Netherlands, United Kingdom, Italy, Singapore and USA.
SPM key selling proposition to its customers are its ability to offer dedicated manufacturing process through its cell-based manufacturing set up. SPM’s in-house manufacturing capabilities range from high precision components manufacturing to tooling to fixtures development and sub-assembly activities to final quality inspections.
SPM has established a quality management system that place great emphasis on achieving consistent high quality in its products. Consistent high quality in products and good customer service are vital factors for SPM to compete successfully in the international market. SPM has been a ISO9001:2000 certified company since November 2004. SPM was also awarded the SIRA/ATEX Certification in August 2004, which allowed some of the assemblies manufactured by SPM to be used in hazardous environment i.e. high explosive environment.
